Preventative Maintenance Plans – A Discount Plan that Includes 2 Tune-Ups

Remove the worry and hassle of remembering to schedule Tune-Ups by signing up for a Preventative Maintenance Plan. For less than the cost of two individual tune-ups, we’ll maintain a service history and all of your HVAC system information, will send you courtesy reminders when Tune-Ups are due, and provide two (2!) Tune-ups, one for cooling (summer) and one for heating (winter).

Flat-Rate Repairs

If your HVAC system is not functioning or is functioning poorly, it may need to be repaired. Have one of our professional technicians assist by diagnosing and fixing the issue so you can stay cool (or warm) when you need it most.

Diagnostic fee is just $99. Any recommended or necessary repairs and those associated flat-rate costs found during that diagnostic will be shared with you before any work will be done. You’ll know what we’ll be doing to repair your system and what that cost will be before we start. No risk of runaway costs and you’re informed every step of the way!

And remember: all Preventative Maintenance Plan Members receive a 15% discount of all parts, labor, and refrigerant, discounted diagnostic fees, 1-year guarantee on repairs, and are never charged overtime fees!
